Visit of José Antonio Sanahuja

From September 1st to 4th , the Jean Monnet Module of the School of Government hosted Spanish professor José Antonio Sanahuja , from the Complutense University of Madrid, former director of the Carolina Foundation , and special advisor for Latin America to the High Representative of the European Union, Josep Borrell .
